WEBDIA INC. provides the Easy MP3 Converter app and its support website. This policy explains how information is handled when you use them.
Files processed by the app
Video and audio conversion, editing, playback, and file management are performed on your device. Easy MP3 Converter does not upload your imported media files to WEBDIA INC. servers for conversion. Files are shared outside the app only when you choose an iOS sharing or export action.
Analytics, diagnostics, and advertising
The app uses Google Mobile Ads, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. Depending on your consent, device settings, region, and how you use the app, these services may process advertising or device identifiers, coarse location, product interaction, usage information, crash data, performance data, diagnostics, IP address, and device or operating-system information. The app requests tracking permission where required by iOS. Declining tracking permission does not disable the app’s conversion or playback features, although advertisements may be less relevant.
Purchases
In-app purchases and restoration are processed by Apple through StoreKit. WEBDIA INC. does not receive your full payment-card details.
Support form
When you contact support, we receive the name, email address, inquiry category, app version, device/OS information, and message that you submit. We use this information to answer and investigate your inquiry and retain it only as reasonably necessary for support, legal, and security purposes.
The support form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse. Cloudflare may process connection, browser, and device information under its privacy policy. The server also keeps short-lived rate-limit data derived from the requester’s IP address.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child has submitted personal information through the support form, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app, website, or applicable services change. The updated policy becomes effective when posted on this page.
